The named licensed seller remains seller and merchant of record and exclusively controls product, price, acceptance, tax, fulfillment, delivery, returns, and beverage-sale payment through its vendor-controlled channel.
No universal cost promise
PourRoster creates no transaction-linked beverage fee in the pre-open synthetic MVP. This is not a promise that every current or future platform service is free.
Approved future disclosure pattern
Any platform charge is disclosed in a separate approved contract and invoice at a commercially reasonable fixed SaaS rate, never linked to beverage value, brand, quantity, acceptance, payment, or completion.
